Please read this quickly before we start. It explains what we can (and can’t) do.

1. NO DATA, NO DRAMA

We are here to fix your hardware, not your photos. We do not touch or look at your personal data, but electronics are unpredictable.

YOUR JOB: Back up your device before handing it over.

THE DEAL: We are not responsible for lost data, photos, or contacts. If the device resets or fails, your backup is your only safety net.

2. WATER RESISTANCE IS GONE

Your phone was water-resistant when it left the factory. Once we open it to fix it, those factory seals are broken.

THE DEAL: We use high-quality adhesive to close it back up, but we cannot guarantee it is waterproof anymore. Do not take this phone swimming or in the shower. Treat it as splash-proof only.

3. PRE-EXISTING ISSUES

We check your phone together before we start.

THE DEAL: If something was already broken (e.g., FaceID, TrueTone, or a specific camera lens) before we opened it, we aren’t responsible for fixing it for free. We fix what you paid us to fix.

4. ABANDONED DEVICES

We don’t run a storage unit.

THE DEAL: If you don’t pick up your device and pay within 30 days of us telling you it’s ready, we reserve the right to recycle or sell it to cover our costs.

5. LIMITED WARRANTY

We stand by our work.

WHAT’S COVERED: We offer a 90-day warranty on the specific part we replaced (e.g., if the new screen glitches or the new battery dies).

WHAT’S NOT COVERED: If you drop it, crack it, or get it wet again, the warranty is void.

5. LIMITED WARRANTY

THE DEAL: Our liability is strictly limited to the cost of the repair or the replacement of the damaged part. We do not cover lost profits, lost time, or the replacement of the entire device beyond the value of the repair.
